How we handle your data.
Global CX Alliance is operated by Team Wakabayashi LLC. This policy covers what data we collect, how we use it, and your rights as a member or visitor.
Regulations we comply with
GDPR (European Union). UK GDPR (United Kingdom). CCPA and CPRA (California). LGPD (Brazil). PDPA (Singapore). Other regional regulations as applicable to member residence.
What we collect
Community members (free tier): Email address, name, country of primary operation, working languages, professional context, CX archetype from the CX Archetype Assessment, and newsletter and Briefing engagement metrics.
Insider members: Community tier data plus payment information managed by GoHighLevel and the payment processor. Channel activity logs. Insider engagement metrics including Global Voices Assembly attendance and workshop access. For Alliance Consultants: practice URL, LinkedIn URL, photo, bio, and sponsoring Founder.
Fellows: All Insider data plus full application materials, Atlas³ training records, cohort engagement records, profile content, and revenue attribution records.
How we use your data
→ To deliver subscribed content: newsletter, Briefing, and Insider Reports.
→ To process applications and onboarding.
→ To operate community channels.
→ To manage memberships, billing, and renewals.
→ To run paid acquisition campaigns, only where the member has consented.
→ To comply with legal obligations and tax reporting.
What we never do
→ Sell member data to third parties.
→ Share member data with third parties for marketing.
→ Use member data for purposes beyond the Alliance and its tiers.
→ Profile individual members for purposes other than tier-appropriate communication.
Your rights
→ Access. Request a copy of your data at any time. We respond within thirty days.
→ Correction. Correct inaccurate data through your member account or by contacting us.
→ Deletion. Request deletion of your data. We retain only what regulation requires, such as tax records for seven years.
→ Portability. Request your data in machine-readable format.
→ Withdrawal of consent. Unsubscribe from any communication at any time. One click from any email.
→ Complaint. Lodge a complaint with your regional data protection authority.

Data retention
Assessment data: twenty-four months from last engagement, then deleted or anonymized. Consent records: three years. Payment and tax records: seven years, as required by law. Member data after cancellation: deleted on request, subject to legal retention requirements.
Vendors and processors
All vendors with access to member data sign data processing agreements consistent with applicable regulations. GoHighLevel (HighLevel Inc.) is our primary CRM and data processor, operating under a signed Data Processing Agreement with Team Wakabayashi LLC. GoHighLevel is certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework. International transfers to US servers are covered by Standard Contractual Clauses incorporated in the DPA. Email service providers, payment processors, and other infrastructure vendors operate under standard processor agreements.
Breach response
Any suspected data breach is escalated internally within twenty-four hours of discovery. Affected members are notified per regional regulation, typically within seventy-two hours for GDPR jurisdictions. Regulatory notification follows applicable regional requirements.
